Tammy serves as the primary liaison to the Henry T. Wing School Principal, the Sandwich School Superintendent, and other PTAs at the state and national level. She also manages the PTA's Executive Board and is responsible for overseeing each committee chair and their appointed event, program or activity.  In addition, Tammy runs each PTA Executive Board Meeting and Monthly PTA Meeting.  She is responsible for the creation and distribution of the PTA eNewsletter as well.

Susan shall act as an aid to the President and shall perform the duties of the President in her absence.  Additionally, Susan will over see all PTA volunteers -  recruitement, attainment and their subsequent participation in PTA related programs and events.

Kirsten is responsible for creating and managing the PTA's annual budget. Additionally, she manages the expense process, the PTA's bank accounts, tax filing, and responds to requests for funding.

Stephanie is responsible for monthly meeting minutes.  Stephanie also oversees the Cultural Programming that the PTA brings to the school.
